'The mice continued their search to track down the killers of Saxon and Kenzie. Leading away from one of the corpses, was a singular muddy trail that left the site. The mice of the Guard dilligently followed these tracks into the forest, sensing the threat of a predator nearby. As the forest became denser, the darkness grew. Bones began to become the main site along with the trees as the scent of danger grew close. A hole appeared, clearly covered in straw, but to where this lead, no one knew. Without warning, the straw burst into the air and out emerged the sinister hissing of a snake. The snake flailed it's body wildly, attempting to knock over as many guard as possible. The mice were prepared. They flung ropes over the snake and tied them to the tree, stopping it from slithering away. With one giant push, one mouse drove a sword through the head of the snake.'

'The mice of the guard were pleased. They had slain a mighty snake and now had the prize of it's head mounted in it's halls. The mice cheered as they entered the hall, pleased at the work they had done before. But their work was not complete, for it was time to return to the task at hand. Traitors still lurked amongst their ranks, and no mouse could sleep easily until these traitors were eliminated. Suddenly, one Guard Mouse entered the halls, a look of shock and disbelief covering his face. He requested for the Guard to follow him to Conrad's room. Laying on the floor of Conrad's room was:
His peg leg had been removed and a trail of blood lead from his ear, out onto the cold, hard floor. Next to Conrad, was his peg leg, broken, and covered in blood. Conrad had been an experienced member amongst the Guard, and his input would be missed. It was time to avenge the death of the old mouse.'

I'm off to lunch. An interesting situation indeed. Definately do not want to rush this one. A late miller claim can be an easy out, but alluding to it early is smart.

Of course I just assumed the quote was from mouseguard so missed it completely.

I'm out for lunch now so will look into it a bit later when there is time.

But I'm usually all for honouring cop results.

Ok I think who voted for bloodlust is irrelevant because he was third party, that's lunch at the tournament over.

I think aenur is the best target, he didn't vote for DH he voted for the third party player. It's slim but there isn't much else.
