For those of you who have ever entertained the idea of owning this book but never followed through on the purchase, be warned:

THERE ARE CURRENTLY LESS THAN 250 COPIES OF "TAMURKHAN: THE THRONE OF CHAOS" AVAILABLE ON THE FORGEWORLD SITE! ONCE THEY ARE GONE THEY WILL NOT BE REPRINTED!

I can tell you with absolute authority that this is a lovely book - the story is interesting and involved, the artwork is original and beautiful and it will take pride of place in your book collection.

Anyone who wants one, go here: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer/W ... CHAOS.html

Sadly I think this also heralds the demise of the Chaos Dwarfs as an army. Its such a shame to see them get squatted again.

It is a shame they look like the warhammer forge may also die..

The reason it is going out of print is end times 5 will be completey based on chaos dwarfs kicking the old world's buttocks for ignoring their greatness for so long.

Chaos dwarfs are a real army!

All,

Response from Forgeworld to my email.

While we are running out of the Tamurkhan book this is because we are reaching the end of the print run for this book. Due to the costs of printing books we have no plans to reprint it until any immediate future changed for the Warhammer game have been confirmed. It is also likely that we will make available as a download, the Chaos Dwarf army list from the Tamurkhan book once all the current copies are sold.

If there is anything further we can do to assist you, or if you have any queries about the information we have requested or provided, please telephone us.

You mean he has his 4th edition rules and finds the blade of darting steel?

For those that don't know, Astragoth in 4th ed had only one attack, but had a rule where if you hit, you got to make another attack. He could also choose his magic items. One of those magic items was the blade of darting steel (your attacks automatically hit)..... so you could make an infinite amount of auto hitting attacks!

To honest, I'm not fussed about Astragoth returning, as I'm a Mask player rather than a Big Hat player.
