This is not finalised, but here's what I've been told is very likely to be the way the ATC rules work for 2013.
- 1850 points
- Allies allowed, however each codex can only be used once, regardless of if it is a primary or ally (so if you use IG as a primary you can't use it as an ally, and vice versa)
- Fortifications Allowed
- Mysterious Objectives being used
- Mysterious Terrain not being used
- Rule book missions, but unsure if we follow ATC style mission pack with a primary and secondary mission or not.
Probably the most significant thing is the restriction on codexes has been carried over to allies, so if Grey Knights for example are used as a primary nobody will be able to use them as an ally. That's quite a big deal, and will have several impacts on the metagame and power of codexes, but I'm sure we can work with it.

It's a good, transparent and fair system, and there's still time to make an attempt to storm to the top reaches of the ladder.
This year the event is in South Australia, so a comparitively nice short flight away. Definitely worth the effort!
