Just finished my OmniDyne Foundry Class Dreadnought. This is why I love this game- the ships are HUGE.

To accompany my Directorate/OmniDyne force in space, I have started a Planetfall army as well. So far only the first round of models have been released for all the major factions. Here's half a WIP Directorate Core Helix (due to PF's unique force structure) and sans the tiny 10mm men:

This was my basic drybrush camo technique taken over to a blue/grey gradient. This photo was from a while back and I'm detailing the models now.

I haven't posted for a while, but here's the finished full Core Helix (division) for my Planetfall Directorate.

And here's a Wraith Class Leviathan to act as a giant hoverbus for a Grand Company of Patriot Light Infantry (complete with detachable Haunter APC in the middle of the model):

Gosh these are nice models with a stunning paint job. The blue/black scheme makes these guys look very menacing.

Going by the size of the paint pots, the Leviathan and Dreadnoughts are HUGE models!

Yes, they're weighty pieces of resin. You could use them to break into someone's house by lobbing them through a window. The paintjob is as good as I can do, which means about half what you see on other painting blogs on this board.

Or brain a particularly obnoxious opponent ...

I'm not a Halo fan but believe there's a huge buzz about Spartan's Halo ships. Now if Spartan did ships for Star Blazers that would be sweet :)

And don't undersell yourself! Ships require pretty special techniques to do well. Yours look great!

My 5500pt Planetfall army for my game on Sunday. Now with a Recon helix and infantry upgrades. As they invade my dining room floor in this somewhat dubious photo.

On Dr. Claw's request. Here's a selection of recently finished Firestorm Armada ships for my Directorate/OmniDyne alliance fleet. The ships on the left are OmniDyne gunships and Synergy corvettes, the ships on the right are from the Directorate System Wars box so are essentially dropships that give you a bonus when linking your games of Firestorm Armada to Planetfall.
