 Post subject: D-DAY HYBRID GAME

Hi i play fow and bolt action and me and a couple of friends thought it would be cool to use both rules for a d-day refight.
so i thought fow for beach landings and then maybe bolt action for the air landings like st mere eglise.
just wondering what you guys would think of that ?

yeah it would be great to cover all beaches and air landings but that would take a quite a few tables, miniatures and time but if we did get enough guys it could happen.

Interested, but only in the FoW elements, I don't play Bolt Action.

I've done this a few times with the PMGG guys and times always a factor.

I've got Brit Paras and FJ's (working on Mechanised Panzergrenediers)

i always thought sword would be good with a fair bit of fighting on beach for fow and peg bridge for bolt action then counter attack by 21st.

maybe the way to go would be to just go for one beach or popular actions.
