thanks - sadly i took 68 pics today and these were the best of them...i think so far i have deleted 150+ pics from the 3 weeks so far...better to delete them than inflict terrible photos upon the innocent!

They are good photos mate.
It was great to play another game with Tyson. He remembered the rules quickly (even reminding me when I forgot to claim a crossfire  ). His soviet themed tanks are wonderful. Very characterful.

Well done Jason - 2 games and 2 wins... nice!

Jason made Team Emperor's Chosen his b!tch yesterday...he also claimed the first 5-0 win of the campaign - he actually tabled me, early in turn 3 the entire marine force had been wiped out...

Having some terminators fail 2+ activations helps alot!

It was one of those games where everything worked perfectly, even driving over the river and only losing 1 skorcha.

and i have to say the fighter/scorcha list is better than the gargant list...although really needs a supreme commander...

as for my marines...unlucky dice rolls doesnt excuse poor generalship :D

sounds like a fun day
Its a shame I could not make it and fight for top position, however having a tooth removed and a mouthfull of stiches,
the Farseers saw it best that this Autarch skip some battles. :D

Yeah, I agree the fightas fit better with the skorchas, because I found the gargant was being left behind. It's a good BTS though and even if it burns to the ground, at least it's funny.

It's a trade off though, since I could just use the Speed Freek list and get a free Supreme Commander.

Ouch, sounds painful John. Maybe there are somethings more important than Epic...

Well the campaign has come to an end and we have a clear winner - Green Iron!

Congrats to Steve and Jason on their mighty effort!

Many thanks to Steve, Jason, Adam, Scott, Tyson, Simon, Alistair and John for their participation and making the campaign so much fun :)

So, with the end of the campaign is there any feedback from the players? don't be afraid to be straight and to the point.

now looking forward to next Sunday's tournament and a big dose of EPIC to see out the year :D

Awesome work Steve! You did most of the heavy lifting for our team and I look forward to a showdown next week at the tournament. Thanks to everyone who participated in the campaign and those who gave me a game.

I liked the bonus objectives, as it gave a nice twist to the usual games of Epic. It was good to have a run with a few new ideas in my skorcha list, only to find out most were crap!

Ha ha, it looks like Steve's planes don't like their own artillery.

A BIG thanks to Duro.
Good onya for putting the campaign together and keeping the detailed records. 22 games in 4 weeks - excellent!
Nearly everyone won at least 1 game (poor old Tyson) and a lot of valuable practise games were had.
Many people watched our games and it looks like we'll be running a few new players through intro games in the coming weeks 8) .

The secret bonus objective was fun. It certainly shaped my play on occasion.

Yay for team Green Iron!
Yeah, the only drawback to being your partner Jason, is that I haven't had any practise against the horde of Skorchas...
Well, as long as I can win a strategy roll I should be fine...

Really looking forward to next Sunday and Warhost 2012. It looks like we're set for a good turnout.
Iron Within, Iron Without!
