Not quite, that's just the photo of the set up. You hadn't even blitzed by then.

I did learn something out of that though, I didn't know the one turner set up before that and having now seen it, I think I could also set up a better defence to it than what I did.

yeah that was the thing that surprised me last year I played 5 skaven teams and not a single one went for a one turner.

and I enjoyed the game too. I felt rather impotent late in that second half... that overcommittment on my part blew the game for me.. but it could have sewn it up with some luck too. You squashed me well.

As to the naf thing. It actually pains me greatly to ask you to join because I really dont want the rankings hit... but more importantly I love having every game ive played recorded.. so its a sacrifice ive got to make if I can. Ive bought peoples memberships before and felt like an ass because they were games I won (even though I asked them at the start of the game). Im referred to in some circles as a bit of a rankings whore... maybe pushing hard for my loss to count might dispel that notion somewhat. Its $15.. the dice will be worth around $50 on ebay in a few years time.. and because you joined at sandgroper the tournament recieves greater Naf funding next year... it really is a win win all round.

Im used to one turners with a treeman with grab... but in many ways its easier with skaven because of that frenzy player... given a few more players I probably could have pushed 4 squares and saved myself any go for its.

And I would learn something new again to see you get the set up to make it go 4 squares.

I'll organise with Drew the NAF membership.

Woot! I got a point for painted...

Stoked for two reasons:

- Painted it the night before.... Literally
- Never got a vote before, nor any votes...

It has cemented my ideas of painting the halflings, and working on a custom pitch...

wow, those MVP scores were high - considering the max score for the weekend was 49, Ratt and Dave once again confirmed how awesome they are as opponents! No surprise Steve scored so high - he is Mr Nice Guy :D

My own MVP score being so high kinda surprised me, after the hurt my dice dished out at times i was expecting a lower score...i guess apologizing for my dice and feeling my opponents pain when their own dice shafted them helped my score :)

very pleased with my painting score as well - actually surprised more like it...it was an incredibly tough choice this year between Steve and Chris' teams...loved the vikings (and their awesome home stadium) and the clown gobbos just blew me away :D

Happy to see that people enjoyed their games with me enough to have me tied 4th in MVP with Duro.

But most pleasing is to see that there obviously wasn't many people there that people wouldn't want to play again as everyone scored well.

Yeah, yeah... :P

Will try and get them up this week.

Babs has told me the NAF signups should be in by this weekend. If so I'll put the results into there this weekend.
