New additions to the WestGamer staff team!
In order to continue supporting the growth & development of WestGamer, I am very pleased tonight to announce 2 new additions to the WestGamer team!

First up is Simon "Gambit" Addicott, who is joining the WestGamer staff team as a new forum moderator! Simmo has a long history in the local hobby scene, working with the WA gaming community in general and being an old school GW store manager from back in the day. Simmo's recent credits include his work with the Perth Warmachine & Hordes community as a Privateer Press "Press Ganger", as well as serving on the WestGamer Ultimate Tournament judges panel for the last couple of years. Simmo's leadership abilities and absolute wealth of experience in developing people's skills for various games will prove to be a fanstastic addition to the team here to guide our members and stimulate some great forum activity. Well done Simmo!

Next cab off the rank and another great addition to our team is Dave "Advanceop" Capon to the role of WestGamer forum moderator! Dave has been an active force in the WA hobby community and on WestGamer for many years now, including being founder of the Outpost 6030 games club and co-commissioner of the hugely successful & long running BRAWL Blood Bowl league. Dave also helps support the Bushido game crowd in Perth as our local "Retainer" and has been involved in running more campaigns and events over the years than you can poke a stick at. Contributions like this for the benefit of our local gaming community is something we value greatly, so I'm thrilled to see Dave step up to take on a Mod role on the site to lend his experience and talents!

As part of the above changes - we farewell Aenur (JJ), Bolo (Ben) and Russia (Christian) from the mod team and give them a HUGE thanks for their years of assistance and contribution to the site. These guys have all moved on to new pastures now but I'm sure we'll see them around from time to time.
New forum feature - add file attachments to your messages!

A new feature has just been added to the site, allowing members to upload and attach files whenever posting on a forum thread or when sending a private message to someone. This allows you to post groups of pictures as thumbnails, post army lists in spreadsheet or document form, pdf files, powerpoint presentations, zip files, flash files and more!

File attachments are an automatically enabled feature exclusive to Club WestGamer members - available to use right now!
