Archaeon - no comment not seen him in action but its a lot of points for a non flying character that will be easy to redirect. Also what unit do you plan to run him in? I mean he is good enough to go solo as well.

Warriors are generally always better with halberds or great weapons unless tez then shields as a unkillable bunker for some one.

Khorne go halberds make use of the INI
Nurgle has survivability so go great weapons

Skull reapers - these look nice but going to be really hard to play. There big infantry so suffer all the negatives with no positives in the form or ranks. If these are the flail guys then you going to need to work hard to ensure they get the charge. Also as you don't have any real chaff this is going to be next to impossible. If their the non flail ones then there not worth the points. However if you like the models of just want Khorne then by all means. Personally I think blight kings are better and they are questionable.

Skull Crusher are great however units of 6 are one chaff units away from being taken out of the game. Split into two units one of 3 and one of 4. Yes you will need to find some points in your list. Every unit should take muso as minimum for swift reforms.

My only recommendation is get a couple of chaff units - harpies from the beastmen book are a good choice.
