Can you fire all weapons on a moving demolisher tank and then use the awaken the machine rule from the tech priest to allow it to fire the ordinance demolisher cannon afterwards?

Nope - not unless you have only snap fired the other weapons as per the ordinance rules

I don't think you can - but can you CHOOSE to snap fire a weapon?

Interestingly I think it could be possible...

Awaken the Machine from the tech priest gives one vehicle within 12" Power of the Machine Spirit.

Power of the Machine Spirit:

“In a turn in which the vehicle neither moves Flat Out nor uses smoke launchers, the vehicle can fire one more weapon at its full Ballistic Skill than normally permitted. In addition, this weapon can be fired at a different target unit to any other weapons, subject to the normal rules for shooting.”

So, would this rule override the restrictions for both ordnance and heavy vehicles allowing a Leman Russ Demolishers hull mounted las cannon to fire at full BS at a separate target?

"Subject to the normal rules of shooting"

To me basically says that the ordinance rule would still apply, as its a rule that applies to shooting

"Normally" you can't fire other weapons (at all) on a vehicle if you intend to fire an ordinance weapon. If you choose the fire the other weapons on a vehicle first and then waken the machine spirit of that vehicle can it be used to fire the ordinance weapon.

I feel the answer is tied up in the ordinance weapon rule some how.

I can see argument each way and would be happy either way. Does the community have a ruling on this yet.

But you can? Snap fire only, but you can...

Oh yea. Skimmed over the non-vehicle bit of the ordinance rule. Didn't really matter for this game when I found out that executioner tanks were cheaper than demolisher tanks and I was up against grey Knights.
